Poor leaders, too, fail to inform others, large or small, of any choices being made. They don’t explain the important things to the people who work for them. It also surprises them. When, despite not being told, others don’t understand the essential aspects.

Bad leaders do not ask for feedback or, when they get hold of it, are ignorant of it.

Inconsistency

Proper leaders lead by example in any way they can by showing the right way to do things to their superiors. Leaders who are inconsistent in their actions will easily warn others that they are not very reliable to be the head of tasks.
