Delicious beef steak recipe:

The recipe is incredibly simple, with thorough instructions that you can easily follow without any confusion. Some of the tips are highly crucial to go through if you want that juicy and tender steak. Don’t get intimidated by the number of steps as they’re pretty clear and simple to do.

Ingredients:

•1 1/4th inch thick beef steak

•1 tsp salt

•1/4th tsp pepper

•2 tbsp olive oil

•2 tbsp salted butter

Instructions:

Step 1: Take the frozen steak right out of the freezer and cut according to your requirement. Always use good sharp steel knife for cutting beef meat I personally use Damascus steak knives the reason because they are sharp and made with original Damascus steel.

Now Dry it up through patting and sprinkle some salt over it. Season it until the overall steak comes to room temperature. The salt will take 30 to 40 minutes to get soaked into the meat. Therefore, you need to keep it out for this much time so that the flavor starts swirling right within the meat. This way the salt will break the protein, giving it a soft, tender feel. Don’t worry about the time as the meat won’t go bad. When the timer goes off, brush both sides of the meat with olive oil and sprinkle some pepper over it. The pepper would enhance the flavor and make the aftertaste that appealing.

Step 2: Now before you start cooking meat, make sure to set the pan on the stove alone for about 7 to 10 minutes so it’s sizzling hot. This means when the meat meets the pan, that’s when the real game starts. The minute the crust begins solidifying by crusting around the edges, you know you’re doing things right. Cook each side for 3 minutes to get that tender yet crispy surface.

Step 3: After the searing process, shift your steak towards the oven where the heat will finish the job of cooking up the steak right from the inside. To guarantee that your steak gets the appropriate doneness, I strongly advise using an instant-read thermometer. Medium (145°F) is the best doneness for me. Then I let them rest for a while. I like to add a pat of butter on top of them and set them aside for 5 minutes to allow the fluids to re-enter the meat.

Tips:

•Preheat the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit

•If there’s fat on one side then flip it on that side to cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

•Garnish the steak with parsley.

Conclusion:

Once you get the hang of the recipe, you’ll be making it every other weekend. The after-taste stays with you long after you’ve eaten it. So, make it at a dinner party and we guarantee you, people will be coming back for seconds in no time!
