4. Carry a sanitizer at all times

Keep a hand sanitizer inside your bag and use it when needed. At the same time, continue to wash your hands, whenever you get a chance, using the 20-second technique.

5. Avoid physical contact

Please avoid shaking hands, hugging people, or even doing a hi-five. Try to greet the people around you without any physical contact.

6. Use digital payments

While paying at any stores on your journey, avoid cash payments. Use digital payments instead.

7. Travel light and carry your own linen

Travel with limited luggages and carry an extra jacket or shawl.

8. Keep it short

A long vacation may not be a good idea, as it increases your risk of exposure. Research smaller getaways near your city, and choose self-drives to have maximum control over your safety. Short weekend trips also help you judge your comfort level with the idea of travelling again.

Note: As soon as you enter the house after your journey, wash your hands for 20 to 30 seconds. Also, don’t forget to change your clothes. If you have flu-like symptoms, do not step out of the house or travel.
