For that reason, avoid drinking coffee, preferably six hours or before you sleep. 

Try Not to Nap During the Daytime

Another thing you should also avoid during the daytime is napping. This is because daytime naps, particularly long ones, can interfere with your sleep at night. So, you’ll be better off if you don’t nap during the day.

That said, if you really need to nap, try doing it for only 30 minutes, and also, avoid napping so late in the day.
