New rules for financing builders by the SBP

Eligibility rules
- In order for the business and its important team members to have valid licences and certifications, they must be able to show that they have at least three years of experience and a good track record.
- Any clear and marketable right to land, free of any encumbrances, and with no legal charges on the field where the work is being done.

- Agreement/Partnership Deed/Business Charter are the Memorandum and Articles of Association (in case of Sole Proprietorship)

- Testimonials & proof of authenticity from the Pakistan Engineering Council
- Photos of Completion Certificates signed by the people who signed off on the projects, as well as a brief description of each one
